The 6th Asia-Pacific Conference on Silicon Carbide and Related Materials (APCSCRM 2025) will be held grandly from November 25 to 27, 2025, at the Zhongyuan International Exhibition Center in Zhengzhou, China.

To collectively showcase advancements in original innovation, achievement transformation, and industrial application within this field, encourage more original and disruptive scientific and technological innovations, and build an integrated innovation exchange ecosystem, we are now launching the "Cutting-Edge Scientific Research Achievements Collection and Exhibition" activity. We sincerely invite professionals from domestic and international universities, research institutions, enterprises, and public institutions—especially the vibrant young research forces (including PhD students, postdoctoral researchers, young faculty members, and young Research and Development engineers)—to contribute outstanding achievements and participate in the grand event of the 6th Asia-Pacific Conference on Silicon Carbide and Related Materials (APCSCRM 2025).

A. Achievement Submission:Let the World See Your Research

We look forward to your formal or unpublished technical reports with scientific basis and reliable data within the past year, interim achievement reports, as well as outlook and review papers on cutting-edge technologies that have guiding significance for the development of the wide bandgap semiconductor discipline, focusing on the field of wide bandgap semiconductors (SiC, GaN, Ga2O3, AlN, diamond, etc.) Cutting-edge achievements with innovative value in theory or practical application.

02 Form of Achievements

  1. The achievement must be original, advanced, and practical, with significant academic or practical value.
  2. There should be no intellectual property disputes or other legal issues, and the content should not involve state secrets.
  3. Please fill out the achievement submission form as required.If the paper has not been published, please submit it according to the conference abstract template. The full text of outstanding manuscripts will have the opportunity to be recommended to authoritative journals such as Materials, Molecules, Electronics, Crystals.
  4. Submission Deadline: November 5, 2025.

Materials (ISSN 1996-1944) is an open access journal, an SCI journal with an impact factor of 3.2, publishing spotlights, reviews, original research contributions, and short communications, providing a forum for publishing papers which advance the in-depth understanding of the relationship between structure, properties, and functions of all kinds of materials. All aspects of materials science and engineering, including synthesis, structure, mechanical, chemical, electronic, magnetic, and optical properties, as well as their various applications, will be covered in Journal Materials.

Molecules (ISSN: 1420-3049, CODEN: MOLEFW) is an open access journal, an SCI journal with an impact factor of 4.6, provides an advanced forum for the science of chemistry and all interfacing disciplines. Scientists are encouraged to publish their experimental and theoretical results in as much detail as possible. Full experimental details must be provided so that the results can be reproduced. In addition, the availability of compound samples is published and is considered important information, and authors are encouraged to register or deposit their chemical samples. Submissions from the participants in this conference and surrounded with Material Chemistry are warmly welcome.

Electronics is a multidisciplinary journal, an open access SCI journal with an impact factor of 2.6, designed to appeal to a diverse audience of research scientists, practitioners, and developers in academia and industry. The journal is devoted to fast publication of latest technological breakthroughs, cutting-edge developments, and timely reviews of current and emerging technologies related to the broad field of electronics. Experimental and theoretical results are published as regular peer-reviewed articles or as articles within Special Issues guest-edited by leading experts in selected topics of interest.

Crystals (ISSN 2073-4352) is an open access journal, an SCI journal with an impact factor of 2.4, provides a forum for the advancement of our understanding of the nucleation, growth, processing, and characterization of crystalline and liquid crystalline materials. Their mechanical, chemical, electronic, magnetic, and optical properties, and their diverse applications, are all considered to be of importance. Additionally, we encourage contributors to send articles focused on crystals research (of small and high molecular weight). Their characterization by using modern techniques for crystal growth and high resolution characterization such as synchrotron radiation and modern methods for the growth of crystals for X-ray free electron lasers (XFELS) would also be welcome.
