The 6th Asia-Pacific Conference on Silicon Carbide and Related Materials (APCSCRM 2025) will be held grandly from November 25 to 27, 2025, at the Zhongyuan International Exhibition Center in Zhengzhou, China.

The conference will, through diverse activities such as the Global Wide-Bandgap Semiconductor Talents, keynote speeches, poster presentations, and professional exhibition areas, collaborate with representatives from leading enterprises across the global industrial chain, authoritative experts and scholars from top universities and research institutes, as well as representatives from renowned investment institutions, to jointly explore incremental opportunities in the future market and build an open, collaborative, and win-win industrial innovation ecosystem.
