Overseas Foundry Sales Manager/Engineer

海外晶圆厂销售经理/工程师

Locations:Lingang (Shanghai) / Yiwu (Zhejiang) / Shenzhen / Beijing


Job Responsibilities

1. Drive revenue growth for InventChip's SiC MOSFET/SBD wafer products and foundry services among overseas customers and distribution partners.

2. Identify and prospect new customers in target verticals.

3. Partner with Customer Engineer (CE) and Application Engineer (AE) to lead new business demand creation activities.

4. Identify and secure project Design Ins and Design Wins at target accounts.

5. Manage the entire sales cycle including RFQ response, sample orders and mass production ramp-up, and negotiate pricing, supply agreements, and Annual Blanket Orders (ABO) with customers and distribution partners.

6. Monitor and collect regional market dynamics, competitor strategies and customer demands continuously. Sort out customer organizational structure, key applications and supply chains, summarize semiconductor-level requirements and trends, and provide decision support for the company’s product iteration, pricing strategy and channel layout.

7. Maintain customer and channel resource databases, submit regular sales reports, market analysis and rolling forecasts, and support cross-functional collaboration to drive business implementation.


Job Qualifications

1. Proficiency in English with fluent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conducting business independently as a working language.

2. Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with proven track record of closing Design Wins and achieving revenue targets.

3. Bachelor’s degree or above in Science-related fields, or equivalent skilled worker / technical vocational qualification in a relevant discipline.

4. At least 3 years of sales experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry. SiC or power semiconductor experience is a plus.

5. Align with InventChip's core values, take ownership of customer commitments with a strong sense of responsibility and cross-functional collaboration skills.

岗位职责

  1. 负责 InventChip 碳化硅(SiC)MOSFET/SBD 晶圆产品及代工服务的海外市场销售,推动海外客户及分销渠道的营收增长。
  2. 开拓目标垂直行业的新客户资源,积极挖掘潜在商机。
  3. 与客户工程师(CE)和应用工程师(AE)紧密配合,主导新项目的需求创造与推广活动。
  4. 在重点客户处推进产品设计导入,并最终赢得设计中标。
  5. 管理完整销售流程,包括 RFQ(报价)响应、样品订单跟进及量产爬坡协调;与客户及分销商谈判价格、供应协议及年度框架订单(ABO)。
  6. 持续监测并收集区域市场动态、竞争对手策略及客户需求变化;梳理客户组织架构、核心应用及供应链,总结半导体级需求与趋势,为公司产品迭代、定价策略和渠道布局提供决策支持。
  7. 维护客户及渠道资源数据库,定期提交销售报告、市场分析和滚动预测,并协同跨部门推动业务落地。


任职要求

  1. 英语流利,具备出色的口头和书面沟通能力,能以英语为工作语言独立开展业务。
  2. 优秀的演讲和谈判技巧,有成功赢得 Design Win 并达成销售目标的实战业绩。
  3. 本科及以上学历,理工科相关专业;或具备同等技能水平的技术职业资格。
  4. 电子或半导体行业销售经验至少 3 年,有 SiC 或功率半导体经验者优先。

Overseas Sales & Customer Service

海外销售与客户服务


Location:Lingang, Shanghai


Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct overseas market development and sales, identify distributor and customer resources, manage product pricing, and achieve sales targets.

2. Host customer visits and on-line meetings, and follow up with action items. Coordinate departments to meet customer needs, handle complaints, and maintain good customer relationships.

3. Process customer orders, sample deliveries, shipments, collections and payment follow-ups. Maintain and update sales data in the system.

4. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.


Job Qualifications

  • Educational Background:

1. Bachelor degree and above.

2. Preference for candidates with experience of overseas study or international trades.

3. Science/engineering background or semiconductor industry experience is a plus.

  • Language Proficiency:

1. Fluent in English, capable of using it as a working language.

  • Professional Skills:

1. Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, adaptability, and stress resilience.

2. Excellent learning ability, detail-oriented, responsible.

  1. 负责海外市场开拓与销售,挖掘分销商及客户资源,管理产品定价,达成销售指标。
  2. 接待客户来访及线上会议,跟进会议待办事项;协调内部部门满足客户需求,处理客户投诉,维护良好客户关系。
  3. 处理客户订单、样品寄送、发货、收款及催款等事务;在系统中维护并更新销售数据。
  4. 完成上级交办的其他工作


任职要求

  • 教育背景:
  1. 本科及以上学历。
  2. 有海外留学或国际贸易经验者优先。
